Refund Policy

Ahmad Alkhatib does not run an online checkout — every web development project and every Clinic Management or Carrentel license is agreed on and invoiced directly with you before any payment is made. This policy explains how refunds work for both.

• A deposit paid before work starts is fully refundable if you cancel before any work has begun.
• Once work has started, the deposit covers time already spent and is non-refundable.
• Milestone or final payments are for work already delivered and are non-refundable once that work has been handed over.

• A new yearly license can be refunded in full if you cancel within 14 days of the license starting.
• After that 14-day window, the fee for the current year is non-refundable, but you're free not to renew for the following year.
• Refund requests are reviewed individually — a service issue on our end (e.g. extended downtime) may qualify for a refund or credit outside the standard window.

Approved refunds are sent back the same way the original payment was made (e.g. bank transfer) within 5–10 business days, though your bank may take longer to show the credit.
