By using this website or engaging Ahmad Alkhatib for a web development project or a software product like Clinic Management or Carrentel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or move forward with a project.

Ahmad Alkhatib provides custom web development, SEO and ad management, and licenses Clinic Management and Carrentel as yearly software products. Every engagement — a website build or a software license — is scoped and agreed on directly with the client before any work starts or any invoice is sent. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the products develop.

• Clinic Management and Carrentel are licensed on a yearly basis. A live demo is available on request through the site; pricing and terms are confirmed directly with you before the license starts.
• There is no self-service checkout on this website — every license and every project is invoiced directly, not billed automatically.
• A license renews only by mutual agreement for the following year, not automatically.

You can choose not to renew a license at any time by letting us know before the next term begins. Ending a license does not automatically refund amounts already invoiced for the current term — see our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the site or any licensed product — including attempting to disrupt the service, access data that isn't yours, or use the product for anything unlawful.

The site design, branding, and the underlying code of any product we operate (like Clinic Management and Carrentel) remain the property of Ahmad Alkhatib unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. A license gives you the right to use the product — not ownership of it. Custom website builds are handled under their own project agreement, which sets out what you own once the project is delivered.

The site and our products are provided "as is." We work to keep them reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Ahmad Alkhatib is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a subscribed product.

We may update these terms as the business and products evolve. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ahmad Alkhatib's business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
